**Site Supervisor (Interior)**

**Location**: Thane

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Execution & Supervision**
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is progressing as per the approved design, schedule, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, and vendors for seamless execution.
- Ensure all on-site workers adhere to project specifications and approved drawings.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify deviations from the plan.

**Team & Contractor Coordination**
- Supervise laborers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely work completion.
- Manage material deliveries, inventory, and allocation of resources efficiently.
- Resolve any site-related issues and escalate critical concerns to the Project Manager.

**Quality & Safety Compliance**
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations at the site.
- Conduct routine safety briefings and enforce compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain site cleanliness and organize workspaces to prevent hazards.

**Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and logs for project tracking.
- Communicate project updates and challenges to the Project Manager regularly.
- Ensure all changes, approvals, and issues are documented properly.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in site supervision, preferably in retail or corporate office fit-outs.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and finishing details.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, problem-solve, and lead site teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project management tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,202.71 per month
