**Job Vacancy: Site Supervisor - Residential Interior Designing Services**

**Position**: Site Supervisor
**Location**: Thane
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Project Management**:

- Supervise and monitor all on-site activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Oversee the execution of interior designs as per approved plans and specifications.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets efficiently.

**Team Coordination**:

- Act as the liaison between clients, designers, and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Guide workers and subcontractors on-site to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and protocols across all teams.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Inspect materials and the quality of work to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Promptly address and resolve on-site issues.
- Enforce safety regulations and procedures on-site.

**Client Interaction**:

- Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress.
- Address client concerns or modifications during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of on-site activities, materials, and expenses.
- Provide regular project status reports to senior management.

**Qualifications & Skills:Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supervising residential interior design or construction projects.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and design trends in residential interiors.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under tight deadlines.

**Key Attributes**:

- Eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Leadership skills to manage teams and foster collaboration.
- Client-focused with a professional attitude.

Pay: ₹10,881.37 - ₹25,405.66 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- OneSite: 3 years (preferred)

**Location**:

- Majiwada, Thane, Maharashtra (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
