Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Head Count of Labor and Group Allocation:

- Conduct headcounts of laborers on-site and allocate tasks within groups to ensure optimal utilization of manpower.

2. Quality Check of Work:

- Perform regular inspections to ensure that workmanship meets quality standards and adheres to design specifications.

3. Material Availability Planning:

- Plan and coordinate the availability of materials on-site to avoid delays in project timelines.

4. Pre-Requisition of Material:

- Anticipate material requirements based on project progress and initiate requisitions in advance to maintain uninterrupted workflow.

5. Material Inward and QC:

- Receive incoming materials, conduct quality checks, and ensure compliance with project requirements.

6. Coordination with Designer:

- Collaborate closely with the design team to understand project specifications and ensure alignment of on-site activities with design intent.

7. Drawing Collection and Numbering:

- Collect and organize design drawings and documents, assigning appropriate numbering for easy reference and retrieval.

8. Coordination with Contractors:

- Liaise with contractors and subcontractors to coordinate work schedules, resolve issues, and ensure timely project completion.

9. Work Scheduling and Planning with Contractor:

- Develop detailed work schedules in collaboration with contractors, allocating resources efficiently to meet project milestones.

10. Direct Purchase of Material:

- Facilitate direct purchase of materials as required, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

11. Client Coordination:

- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and seeking approvals as needed.

12. Maintain Material List on Paper:

- Keep comprehensive records of materials used on-site, including quantities, specifications, and suppliers, to facilitate inventory management and future reference.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction or interior design industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
