"PSK Group is hiring We're seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee fitout and interior site execution projects for our real estate development portfolio, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
Location: 5th floor, Jaydeep Emphasis, Plot no. A-9, Opp. PNB Bank, Nr. Mulund check naka, Wagle Estate, Thane (W) - 400604
Role: CIVIL ENGINEER(SITE EXECUTION FINISHING WORK)
Work Experience: 3-5 years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and execute fitout and interior projects for commercial and/or residential properties.
2. Ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
3. Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and property managers to achieve project goals.
4. Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and address any issues or defects.
5. Develop and implement quality control processes to meet client expectations and property standards.
6. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
7. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. Proven experience in fitout and interior site execution projects in real estate development.
3. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
4. Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
