Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with organizational, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases to determine root causes and suggest corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide safety training, awareness sessions, and toolbox talks to employees, contractors, and staff.
- Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and workers to integrate safety into all stages of operations and projects.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and inspection of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Prepare and maintain safety reports, documentation, and records for management and regulatory authorities.
- Promote a strong safety culture across the organization by encouraging safe practices and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest safety standards, laws, and best practices to implement in the workplace.
- Support emergency preparedness and response planning, including fire drills and evacuation procedures.

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
