Urgent Hiring Safety Officer - NTPC BHEL Project Sipat Location We are looking to urgently fill a high-priority vacancy for the position of Safety Officer at our NTPC BHEL Project site in Sipat Position Safety Officer Location NTPC BHEL Project Sipat Roles and Responsibilities - Safety Officer Location NTPC BHEL Project Sipat Ensure Site Safety Compliance Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures in accordance with local state and national regulations Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards Conduct Safety Training Inductions Provide safety orientation and training to all new employees and subcontractors Conduct toolbox talks and refresher safety training sessions regularly Inspect and Audit Work Areas Perform daily site inspections to identify hazards unsafe practices or equipment Document findings and take corrective action as necessary Electrical Safety Oversight Focus on electrical safety measures and risk prevention in high-voltage environments Ensure proper lockout tagout LOTO procedures are followed during electrical maintenance and operations Incident Investigation and Reporting Respond promptly to accidents and incidents Conduct root cause analysis and submit detailed investigation reports Maintain Safety Records Keep accurate documentation of safety reports audits training records and incident logs Maintain MSDS Material Safety Data Sheets and PPE usage logs Coordinate with Project and Site Teams Work closely with site engineers supervisors and the project manager to ensure safety is integrated into daily operations Emergency Preparedness Develop and enforce emergency response plans Conduct mock drills for fire electrical shocks and other possible emergencies Promote a Safety Culture Lead by example and encourage safe behavior among workers Raise awareness of safety best practices on-site Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
