**About the Role**:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced **Safety Officer** to join our team and ensure a safe working environment for all employees and contractors. The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting regular inspections, and promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enforce company safety policies and legal regulations to ensure compliance with local and national laws.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits on-site.
- Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports.
- Organize safety training programs and toolbox talks for staff and workers.
- Maintain and update safety documentation, permits, and records.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure safe work practices.
- Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Promote awareness of safety standards and emergency procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Certifications**: NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent safety certification (mandatory).
- 1+ years of experience as a Safety Officer

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
