A Receptionist's duties and responsibilities include **greeting visitors, helping them navigate through an office, and supplying them with refreshments as they wait**. In addition, they maintain calendars for appointments, sort mail, make copies, and plan travel arrangements.
- **Customer service**: Greet visitors and clients, answer questions, and provide a welcoming environment
- **Phone calls**: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and screen calls
- **Office management**: Maintain office supplies, keep records up to date, and perform clerical tasks like filing, copying, and faxing
- **Scheduling**: Schedule meetings and appointments, and manage event calendars
- **Travel arrangements**: Make travel arrangements for clients or employees
- **Mail**: Sort, distribute, and deliver mail, and manage incoming and outgoing mail
- **Administrative tasks**: Process bills, prepare vouchers, and record office expenses
- **Security**: Manage security and telecommunications systems, and maintain safety and hygiene standards
- **Events**: Coordinate internal and external events
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
