**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot issues related to accounting software, billing, and financial statements
- Maintain detailed records in the CRM system
- Educate clients on software usage and financial tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient service delivery
- Conduct training and support onboarding processes

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in accounting/finance
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage preferred)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

**Working Conditions**:

- Remote work setup
- Full-time role with occasional overtime during peak periods

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
