**Job Title**: Telesales Executive (Female Only)
**Reports To**: Sales Manager
**Location**: Greater Noida (West)
**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Calling & Follow-Ups**: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- **Client Interaction**: Explain real estate projects, amenities, and offers to customers in a clear and engaging manner.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate and fix site visit appointments for potential buyers with the field sales team.
- **Customer Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
- **Follow-Up Coordination**: Regularly follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into site visits and sales.
- **Reporting**: Provide daily and weekly reports on call status, conversions, and customer feedback.

**Qualifications & Experience Required**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- **Experience**:6 months to 5 years** of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service. Experience in the **real estate industry** will be a strong advantage.

**Skills Required**:

- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- **Presentation**: Ability to speak clearly, confidently, and persuasively.
- **Customer Handling**: Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant, professional phone manner.
- **Sales Oriented**: A proactive approach to reaching targets and converting leads.
- **Organized & Disciplined**: Ability to maintain proper call records and client follow-ups.
- **Tech Friendly**: Basic computer knowledge; experience with CRM or Excel is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Industry Knowledge**: Prior experience in real estate telesales or telecalling roles is preferred.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹31,017.22 per month
