**Vendor Development & Management**:

- Identify, onboard, and maintain reliable suppliers, including stockists, companies, and third-party logistics partners.
- Establish robust rate contracts, credit terms, and delivery timelines with vendors.
- Cost Optimization & Negotiation:

- Negotiate bulk purchase deals to secure best-in-class pricing and increase gross margins.
- Explore alternate sourcing to reduce dependency and avoid stockouts.

**Inventory Coordination**:

- Sync closely with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure minimum stock thresholds are maintained.
- Monitor expiry-sensitive products and ensure timely liquidation planning.

**Compliance & Quality**:

- Ensure all purchases comply with drug regulations, batch validity, cold chain standards, and quality checks.
- Maintain documentation for audit, NABL/ISO compliance (if applicable).

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Align with the sales, finance, operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless order flow and demand forecasting.
- Support digital catalog updates for e-commerce backend through structured vendor feed.

**Data Analytics & Reporting**:

- Analyze purchase trends, lead time, and pricing data for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain transparent records of purchase orders, GRNs, payment cycles, and supplier ratings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare purchasing (multi-store or institutional supply preferred)
- Strong command over negotiation, supplier communication, and cost analysis
- Familiarity with cold chain handling, procurement compliance, and digital inventory systems
- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume procurement in a fast-growing business environment.
- Experience in launching new stores or scaling supply chains for startup pharmacy chains
- Exposure to e-pharmacy or omni-channel supply ecosystems
- Working knowledge of GST, credit cycle terms, and purchase planning for bulk deals
- Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000/month (based on experience)
- Incentives or performance-linked bonus
- Reimbursements for field visits (if applicable)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
