Etp Supervisor

**Job Responsibility**:
1. Shall report to the plant incharge

2. Shall responsible for Utility operation and maintenance with the plant incharge.

3. Shall ensure Quality objectives for Maintenance and engineering department re defined and

Performance record maintained.

4. Shall ensure the operation and maintenance of the department premises and Equipment

Instrument as per SOP and cGMP Norms.

5. To take feedback of previous day running hours status and current running status and Plan

work as per status.

6. Borewell water reading & quality and operation monitoring.

7. Spiral filter operation, cleaning and maintenance monitoring & implementation.

8. All multi grade filter operation, cleaning and maintenance monitoring & implementation.

9. All dosing preparation monitoring & implementation and record keeping.

10. All RO system operation, cleaning and maintenance monitoring & implementation and

Record keeping.

11. Shall responsible to Ultra Filter system operation, cleaning and maintenance.

12. Clarifier chemical dosing operation, cleaning and maintenance monitoring & implementation

and record keeping

13. All operator & worker work monitoring and record keeping.

14. Water plant related spare and consumable requirement Identification, Indent preparation

submission to purchase department

15. Shall responsible to all water plant dosing chemical stock inventory and issuance record

keeping and indent preparation approve from plant incharge and submission purchase

department.

16. As per indent requirement Indented required date product or spare follow up with store

department.

17. Daily Reporting to plant In charge and technical director.

18. Shall responsible to ensure ETP Related work monitoring.

19. Manpower planning and labours development to ensure availability of adequate

Manpower in shift.

20. Review of activities of departments on daily basis and planning & instructions to

Subordinates for jobs to be done depending upon priorities and feed back to superior

Regarding daily activities.

21. Coordination with PR, QA and QC departments for execution of various activities.

22. Shall ensure that employee is having sufficient training education qualification,

Experience (whenever applicable) to preform assigned responsibility.

23. Shall responsible to ensure that appropriate labeling system in Utility department

24. Shall responsible to ensure that approved maintenance procedure available for all

ETP equipment’s.

25. Shall coordinate and communicate management regarding human resource.

26. Shall responsible to ensure health & safety compliance in maintenance department.

**Joint Responsibility**:
1. Shall responsible to handle the job responsibilities in absence of Water system supervisor.

2. Utility and Maintenance supervisor shall be responsible to handle the Job responsibilities in absence of Utility incharge.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
