- Utilise **effective keyword strategies** to enhance resume search efficiency.
- Coordinate and schedule **telephonic interviews, technical assessments**, and manage the interview process until successful hiring.
- Manage **administrative tasks and maintain accurate recruitment records**.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **end-to-end recruitment**.
- **Technical hiring experience** is mandatory.
- Ability to follow up on hiring leads and facilitate a smooth **hiring and onboarding process**.
- **Learning agility** and a **proactive, go-getter attitude**.
- Exceptional **verbal communication skills**.
- Strong organisational skills with **meticulous record-keeping** abilities.
