**Key Responsibilities:1. Credit Analysis**
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
- Set and review customer credit limits based on purchase patterns and payment history.
- Work closely with the sales and accounts team to approve or restrict credit based on company policy.
- Accompany Sales executive to market to check the credit outstandings.
- Recover outstanding from customers.

**2. Outstanding Follow-Up**
- Monitor customer outstanding reports daily.
- Coordinate with sales representatives and customers to ensure timely collections.
- Escalate high-risk or long-pending accounts to management.

**3. Account Settlement**
- Ensure accurate settlement of invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Match payments received with outstanding invoices.
- Investigate and resolve any short payments, disputes, or claim adjustments.

**4. Daily Collection Reporting**
- Track and report daily collections (cheques, RTGS, cash) from over 2,000 customers.
- Maintain detailed records of payment receipts and update internal systems accordingly.
- Submit daily collection summary to management and finance team.

**5. Maintaining Outstanding Records**
- Prepare and maintain customer-wise outstanding ledgers and ageing reports.
- Highlight overdue accounts and generate monthly ageing analysis.
- Assist in preparing reports required for audits or internal reviews.

Pay: ₹20,584.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
