Position: Junior Performance Marketing Executive
Location: Bangalore
Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a passionate and data-driven Junior Performance Marketing Executive to join our
dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our digital marketing efforts, driving online
visibility, and improving ROI through various performance channels. Join us and be a key part of
shaping impactful campaigns that drive real results
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across channels such
as Google Ads, Meta Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide reports with actionable insights to
improve outcomes.
- Contribute to keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO to enhance
organic rankings.
- Conduct tests on creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages to maximize conversion
rates and ROI.
Key Qualifications:

- 1-3 years in digital marketing or performance marketing, with a basic understanding of SEO,
paid media marketing, content marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and basic CRM tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a love for numbers and data interpretation.
- Ability to think outside the box to develop engaging campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
