**Role Overview**

We are looking for a highly motivated **Performance Marketing Specialist** to lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution. You will own the end-to-end process of campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Develop ad creatives, copy, and visuals to drive engagement and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audiences.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, LTV) and optimize for ROI.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and product teams for marketing assets.
- Build and manage lead generation, nurturing, and retargeting funnels.
- Execute WhatsApp and SMS marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to leadership.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Proficiency in Kannada** is mandatory.
- 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing (freshers with strong portfolios may apply).
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and campaign management.
- Ability to write compelling ad copy and create engaging visuals (Canva or similar tools).
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in performance tracking tools.
- Knowledge of Indian digital audiences across Tier 1-Tier 3 cities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ownership.
