**Working Days: Monday to Friday (Onsite) + Saturday Half Day (WFH)**

**Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore.**

You'd be a perfect fit, if you:

- love marketing and advertising.
- love ideating and experimenting frugally and growing brands.
- already have 1-4 years of experience in performance marketing.
- have expertise in Google or Meta ads or both and want to grow further into the

same.
- are highly data-focussed in your research and decision making.
- love collaborating with multiple people to ideate creative ways of marketing a

brand.
- understand CRO and the value of optimizing the website to improve ad

performance.
- have excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, including

creating and delivering effective presentations and marketing reports.
- love setting big goals and taking them down strategically.
- love taking responsibilities and managing multiple priorities.
- have good expertise on GA4, Looker Studio, MS Excel.

**Requirements**:
Your broad responsibilities would include:

- managing client projects end to end including audience research, competitive

research, creative research, campaign creation, ongoing optimization and reporting
- managing client communication directly to build strong relationships with them and

being able to explain the rationale for your decisions and getting their approvals on

plans
- doing cross-platform ads analytics and decision making from it to keep growing

each brand
- learning from other team members and sharing your knowledge with them to

create a high performance eco-system
- delivering growth and ROI to clients as per each brand's goals
- understanding what makes and conceptualizing high converting campaigns and

landing pages basis customer behavior analysis
- guiding clients on other channels of marketing that can improve their growth

continuously learning and becoming a top 1% performance marketer (yes, legit this

is a serious responsibility as a part of your job and we will help you get there).

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
