**Position**:Performance Marketing Executive (Zoya)**Experience**:2-3 Years**Key Responsibilities**
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.- Performance Analysis & Insight Generation: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics (e.g., CPC, CPA, ROAS) to identify trends and insights.- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to evaluate and improve campaign elements, including ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.- Budget Management: Assist in managing campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend to maximize ROI.- Keyword Research: Perform keyword research to identify opportunities for new campaigns and optimize existing ones.- Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.- Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and benchmark our performance against competitors.- Campaign Optimization: Implement strategies to continuously improve campaign performance, focusing on conversion rate optimization and cost-efficiency.- Tool Utilization: Utilize various marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, or similar for campaign tracking and analysis.**Qualifications**
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field**Skills**:

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a high performance environment- Proficiency in using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.- Familiarity with SEO principles and tools like Google Analytics 4 and SEMrush- Excellent communication and teamwork skills**Key Skills**:
