**Title: Field Marketing Executive**

**Location: Coimbatore**

**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research.
- Develop robust knowledge of all product lines/services.
- Manage. review and promote the services of the company.
- Promote business expansion opportunities through successful field marketing programs
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Customer care-related objectives to be handled.
- Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities
- Document and share lead/customer intelligence with the sales team.
- Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through with leads and current customers
- Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Promote specific products as directed by upper management
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend the customer lifetime value
- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
- Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for review.

**Education**: Diploma / Bachelor’s / Master’s degree

**Experience**: 1 - 2 Years of Marketing Experience.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
