Century Steel is a leading supplier of steel and building materials with a strong network across South India. We focus on delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to retail. We are expanding our team in Coimbatore ( Tamil Nadu) and looking for motivated Marketing Field Executives to drive our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit Retail hardware shops, to promote steel and ceiling products.
  • Generate and manage new leads in the assigned area.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales.
  • Coordinate with the office team for order updates, billing, and deliveries.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
  • Submit daily visit and sales reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of field sales/marketing experience
  • Own two-wheeler and smartphone required.
  • Good communication skills in Tamil & basic English.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel locally.

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000/month (based on experience)

Incentives: Up to ₹50,000/month based on performance

Travel allowance as per company policy

Growth opportunities within the organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹70,000.00 per month
