**Location**: Jaipur (Base Location)
**Travel Requirement**: 80% (National)

**Qualifications**: BCom, MCom, MBA (Finance/Accounting preferred)

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team. The role is primarily based in Jaipur, but it requires 80% of the time spent traveling across various regions to assess and evaluate internal controls, financial processes, and business operations. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and identifying areas for operational improvements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive audits of financial records, operational processes, and systems across various locations.
- Evaluate internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance with company policies and external regulations.
- Provide recommendations for enhancing financial systems, improving efficiency, and mitigating potential risks.
- Review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with accounting principles.
- Collaborate with internal teams and senior management to implement audit findings and corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management, highlighting key risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audit plans and prioritize areas for review.
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom), Master’s degree in Commerce (MCom), or MBA with a focus on Finance or Accounting.
- Proven experience as an Internal Auditor, with a strong understanding of audit processes, internal controls, and financial regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with management, stakeholders, and external teams.
- Ability to travel extensively (80% of the time).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
