**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Audit Planning and Execution**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive audit plan for MEP systems.
- Conduct regular internal audits and inspections of HVAC, MEP, and Fire Fighting projects.
- **Compliance Assessment**:

- Evaluate compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
- **Documentation Review**:

- Review and analyze project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is maintained and up to date.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
- Present audit results to management and stakeholders.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement best practices.
- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and follow up as necessary.
- **Training and Development**:

- Provide training and support to team members on compliance and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of [3-5] years of experience in MEP auditing or quality assurance within the construction or engineering industry.
- Experience with HVAC, MEP, and Fire Fighting systems is preferred.
- **Certifications**:

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), etc.) are a plus.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in auditing tools and software.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
