Company OverviewAt GetePay we empower businesses by providing cutting-edge commerce solutions with our integrated platform that manages transactions websites and payments efficiently Headquartered in Jaipur we are leaders in the digital payments industry certified in PCI DSS 3 2 and operating through ISO-certified data centers in India With strategic partnerships and an expanding presence we are committed to innovation security and excellence in the digital payments sector Job OverviewWe are seeking a Manager Auditor to join our team in Jaipur This is a full-time position requiring expertise in auditing standards and practices particularly within the digital payments domain The ideal candidate will be adept in auditing according to PCI DSS and ISO standards ensuring regulatory compliance and improving internal process efficiency Qualifications and Skills Audit Planning Mandatory skill Experience in creating and executing internal audit plans that align with organizational objectives Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard PCI DSS Mandatory skill Proficiency in auditing based on PCI DSS requirements to ensure security and compliance ISO Standards Mandatory skill Expertise in auditing processes as per ISO standards for enhanced quality and compliance Team Management Proven ability to lead and develop audit teams effectively fostering a collaborative work environment Regulatory Compliance Thorough understanding and application of laws and regulations applicable to financial services and digital payments Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey audit findings and recommendations Problem-Solving Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and implement practical solutions efficiently Attention to Detail Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing processes and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive audit strategies and plans for the organization Conduct audits on various financial and operational processes to ensure compliance with PCI DSS and ISO standards Evaluate and enhance internal control systems to improve efficiency security and accuracy of financial reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of audit recommendations Prepare detailed reports summarizing audit findings recommendations and follow-up actions Monitor regulatory changes and advise on necessary updates to company policies and practices Provide leadership and guidance to the audit team ensuring adherence to best practices and professional standards Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth conduct of external audits and reviews
