Work Experience - 3+ Years of relevant experience.

Job Description -

  • To ensure that the Bank complies with the applicable secretarial standards;
  • To report about compliance with the provisions of this Act, the rules made thereunder and other laws applicable to the Bank/Company;
  • Handle Board/committee meeting and timely Completion & Compliance of Board and Board Committees.
  • Timely Monitoring, Completion & Compliance of Board Delegated Committees
  • Handle the Secretarial Audit process and other auditors & closure of the same.
  • Monitoring of ROC Forms Filing and related Compliances
  • To Assist in General Meeting/Postal Ballot and Compliances around it
  • To Provide authenticated data to regulator, data request by other department and Maintaining the Statutory records
  • ensure Co-ordination with other departments, intermediaries, regulatory authorities
  • Ensure RBI Correspondences – All types of RBI Communications.
