**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and statutory regulations.
- Assess internal controls and identify risks, process gaps, and non-compliance issues.
- Perform audits related to financial, operational, and regulatory areas.
- Provide actionable recommendations for control improvements and compliance enhancements.
- Prepare detailed and well-documented audit reports for management review.
- Work closely with departments to monitor and ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.
- Stay up to date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Support in the development of internal audit and compliance frameworks.
- Assist in preparing the company for external audits and inspections.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: CMA / ICWA / CA Inter / Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years in internal auditing, with exposure to compliance reviews.
- Sound knowledge of internal audit methodologies and risk-based auditing.
- Familiarity with regulatory and statutory compliance (e.g., tax, labor laws, financial reporting standards).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software; experience with ERP systems, SAP, is a plus.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience in corporate governance and compliance monitoring.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- High ethical standards and strong attention to detail.
