About Us: Nestsfinder is a leading real estate company dedicated to helping clients find their ideal properties in the scenic city of Dehradun. We are passionate about delivering exceptional service and are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Lead Conversion:
Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, meetings, and networking.
Convert incoming leads into successful sales.
Property Showcasing & Site Visits:
Conduct site visits with potential buyers, showcasing project features and benefits.
Provide accurate and complete information about properties, pricing, and documentation.
Sales Negotiation & Closure:
Negotiate deals with clients to achieve the best results for both the customer and the company.
Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
Relationship Building & Customer Support:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
Provide post-sales support, ensuring smooth transaction completion.
Market Research & Strategy:
Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Suggest strategies to improve sales performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and close sales effectively.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary with commission on sales.
