**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and identify potential clients interested in buying, selling, or investing in real estate.
- Conduct property viewings and present property features and benefits to prospective buyers.
- Effectively negotiate deals and close sales, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory transaction for all parties.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
- Stay updated with market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape in Dehradun.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 2 years experience in Real Estate Sales**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build rapport and foster lasting client relationships.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented drive, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Tech-savvy and an adaptable learner, comfortable utilizing CRM software, social media, and other digital tools for sales processes.
- **Possession of a 2-Wheeler is mandatory for this role due to the nature of client meetings and property visits within Dehradun.**
