We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team at Kings Developer. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the drive to achieve targets, this is the right opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with potential clients through calls, site visits, and meetings.
  • Build strong relationships with homebuyers and investors.
  • Present and explain project details, pricing, and investment benefits.
  • Follow up with clients and close sales to meet monthly targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead updates and campaigns.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of sales experience (into Real Estate).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Own vehicle & valid driving license (preferred).

Candidates from insurance, banking, luxury cars, or high-ticket sales background are encouraged to apply.
