**Job Title - Pre & Post Sales Executive**
**Job Summary**:
Post Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for marketing activities along with developing lead database, communicating with customers and ensuring a smooth sales process.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- To help in developing sales and marketing strategies by contributing information, ideas and research
- To help in design, detail and implementation of marketing plans
- To qualify leads from medical conferences, events and references
- To track sales data, analyze trends, pricing strategies, demographics and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
- To be efficient in communicating and resolving queries from customers or clients about products
- To maintain customer relationships through customer service
- To be open to travel to client location when needed
**Job Requirement**:
- Qualification - Bachelor’s in any field (preferably fresher)
- Good at data analysis and report writing
**Skills**:
- Excellent verbal, communication and written English skills
- Good customer service skills
- Knowledge of the multiple language is a plus
- Good comprehension and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work independently or as a team in dynamic, challenging environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
