**Job title: Quality Assurer (Ayurveda Doctors)**

**Job Brief: Organizing & overseeing the manufacturing of Herbal Medicines. Taking responsibility for smooth running of all production lines and the establishing & executing quality control protocols of the end product.**

**Job type: On-site**

**Job Location: Plot No.125, Hansa Park, Derabassi, Mohali, Punjab**

Job purpose: To achieve excellence in the production line, manage resources including infrastructure, HR & document records.

Take responsibility for the coordination and efficient output of a production channel & ensuring the quality of the end product

Jobs Roles and Responsibilities
- To ensure proper Quality Inspection of Raw Material and report non-concurrence to the Purchase Team.
- Maintaining Master formula record.
- To carry out production of different categories of Ayurvedic products.
- Maintaining Batch manufacturing record.
- To ensure Production is followed as per prescribed formula.
- Measure the quality of end product
- Inventory and stock management.
- Supervision at the time of manufacturing process
- To carry out any other responsibilities as required by the management from time to time
- Identifying the area of improvement and recommending process modification

Required Qualification: Graduate

Preferred Work Experience: 2 years in Ayurveda manufacturing industry.

Preferred age: Up to 35 years.

Preferred qualification: Bachelors in Pharmacy/ Diploma in Pharmacy/ BAMS

**Skills**:

- Knowledge & Identification of different herbs
- Knowledge of processes & methods of preparation of herbal recipes
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite.
- Knowledge in different categories of Ayurvedic Production like: Asava-aristal, Tablets, Oils, Capsules, Syrups
- Quick witted and responsive
- Problem solving
- Decision maker
