We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented individual to join our Quality Assurance team as an In-Process QA Specialist. IPQA Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our manufacturing processes by closely monitoring and evaluating various stages of production.

**Responsibilities**:
Monitor in-process activities including raw material handling, formulation, filling, packaging, and labeling to identify any deviations, non-conformances, or potential quality issues.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and regulatory affairs, to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Conduct thorough reviews of batch records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with prescribed protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in a scientific discipline such as Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or related fields.
- Preferred prior experience in IPQA, quality control, or other quality assurance roles
- Proficiency in utilizing quality management systems and software for data analysis and documentation

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dera Bassi, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
