Quality Chemist

1. Oversee water treatment and RO operations during the shift so that supply of water is as per quality norms and sufficient to meet production demand.

2. Ensure complete sanitization of plant, machinery & equipment as prescribed from time to time as per government regulations and/or company protocol.

3. Adhere to GMP and follow the appropriate Standard Operating Procedures for undertaking all tests - including microbiological testing of finished products and environmental monitoring, and maintain updated records w.r.t CGWA, BIS, FSSAI, Pollution Control Board & Brands.

4. Submit compliance related reports to BIS and Clients as per requirement from time to time.

5. Fully implement and follow all provisions (and amendments) prescribed in the licenses issued by relevant government authorities and any other statutory guidelines with respect to water treatment, plant operations and lab.

6. Monitor on-line product quality and FG stock, report issues if any, identify and isolate defective products, and take appropriate actions to ensure no product with any quality defect/s is dispatched to the customer.

7. Manage inventory planning & control of lab supplies.

8. Ensurethat the entire lab is kept clean on an every day basis, andthat all lab equipment is always maintained in proper working condition.

9. Submit a report - verbally and/or in writing, to reporting manager on a daily basis to apprise him in real-time on the status of quality-related issues, reports, actions proposed and completed etc.

10. Inform the Management about any issues with respect to water, packaging or product quality and standards at the plant related to licenses issued by BIS, FSSAI etc.

11. Train new joiners on the standards & SOPs.

12. Conduct/support training of all concerned in the areas of Quality Assurance.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Quality Assurance: 1 year (preferred)
- GMP, 5S, RCA & CAPA: 1 year (preferred)
