**Title: Customer Care Executive - Banking Process**

**Salary : Up to 18,000/month + incentives up to 15,000/month**

**Job Location: Mohali**

- Identifying and communicating customer needs.
- Selling of banking products to the clients.
- Identifying new leads and pitching to the clients.
- Providing service to existing customers and required to manage all aspects of customer relationships.

**Requirements: (Minimum 6 Months Experience Required)**
- Good Communication Skills
- Problem Solving Attitude
- Sales Attitude
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to effectively close sales deals
