- Creating Dashboards and Reports in SFDC.
- Making sure Data entered is accurate and current.
- Making sure Sales team maintains accurate information on CRM.
- Helping with Marketing coordination.
- Knowledge of GeM tenders preferred.

Customer and Marketing Support
- Coordinating with Distributor for orders/PO/payment
- Customer support from order to cash process whenever required
- Customer engagement for smooth operations and making the customer experience delightful
- Supporting martkeing team during roadshows/seminars/campaigns
- Project coordination support
- Knowleage for excel(Vlookup,Hlookup etc )
