Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Ingestion & Delivery:
- Handle ingestion and delivery of data using tools such as Aspera, Signiant, FTP, or custom file transfer solutions.
- Handle ingestion, backup, and organization of large datasets or digital media from various sources (e.g., cameras, drives, cloud)
- Maintain logs and ensure proper file naming conventions and folder structures. - Verify file integrity and perform QC checks on delivered/received assets.

2. Asset Organization:
- Organize and archive project data as per the studio’s directory structure and data lifecycle policies.
- Ensure assets are stored in the correct locations across production storage or network-attached storage (NAS/SAN).

3. Coordination & Communication:
- Communicate with production teams, editorial, and IT to coordinate data delivery timelines and resolve file issues.
- Interface with external clients/vendors to receive and send files while maintaining confidentiality and security.

4. Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor data transfer processes for failures or delays and troubleshoot as required.

Maintain detailed records of data transfers and produce periodic reports.

5. Security & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with data security protocols, such as encryption, access control, and secure deletions.
- Adhere to studio’s TPN (Trusted Partner Network) and client data protection requirements.

Skills & Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in data management, I/O operations, or IT in a VFX or Animation studio environment.
- Familiarity with file transfer tools (e.g., IBM Aspera, Signiant Media Shuttle, FTP/SFTP).

Basic knowledge of Linux, Windows, and command-line operations.
- Understanding of industry-standard file formats (EXR, DPX, MOV, OBJ, Alembic, etc.).

Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Qualifications:
- Understand Storage NFS and SMB.
- Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash) is a plus.
- Familiarity with RAID, NAS/SAN storage setups.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
