Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Development: Build custom applications and integrations using Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Visualforce, and APIs.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead Salesforce development efforts, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices across the SDLC.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
  • Integrations: Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party platforms.
  • Governance: Define and enforce architectural and development standards, including data security, API limits, and performance optimization.
  • Certifications & Compliance: Ensure all solutions comply with Salesforce best practices and industry regulations.
  • Innovation: Stay current with Salesforce product releases and new features, recommending enhancements to optimize platform usage.
Competencies and skills

o Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II or equivalent certification

o Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data modeling, and security model

o Experience with DevOps processes (CI/CD pipelines, tools like Copado or Gearset)

o Agile/Scrum SDLC methodologies

o Excellent communication and leadership skills a must

  • Experience with Salesforce Industries
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Digital Engagement , Sales Cloud , Data Loader, CPQ, Marketing Cloud , Mulesoft, Heroku
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP integration with Salesforce
  • A college degree masters or Bachelor of Engineering
