As an Enterprise Coach, you will provide coaching, mentoring and guidance to Executives, Business Partners, leaders, and other stakeholders across the organization to ensure the delivery of "value” from the people, product, and organization perspective. You will provide thought leadership as organizations transition to a more lean and agile approach. You will build relationships across the organization to skillfully build trust, influence change and create transparency. You will also contribute by shaping the Transformation journey by creating and implementing new strategies, delivering on key goals, and maintaining alignment with company strategies and core values. You will draw upon their deep Agile experience and OCM expertise to provide options and experiments.

**Responsibilities**
- Build relationships and work effectively with all levels of the organization from the Teams to C-suite to advance engagements.
- Coach organizations and guide executives through sustainable outcome-based Agile transformations.
- Work with enterprise portfolios to institute, practice, and adopt Scrum, Kanban, and Agile techniques.
- Contribute to continuously evolving processes to align to enterprise agile transformation strategy.
- Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends in the agile space for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assess the impact, and collaborate with senior management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
- Mentor and guide other coaches, scrum masters as needed.
- Teach and mentor teams on Lean, Agile, and Scrum/Kanban principles and best practices.
- Facilitate team events that brings out the ideas of everyone on the team. Ensure the outcomes of the events are achieved.
- Work with the teams to implement and create new practices that will improve the team’s ability to deliver better outcomes.
- Foster a Kaizen mindset within and outside the team.
- Help the teams remove their own barriers, leverage Scrum of Scrum’s to remove barriers the team is unable to remove and challenge organizational impediments.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelors Degree - Business, Agile, Project Management related disciplines required
- Masters Degree - Business, Agile, Project Management related disciplines preferred
- 9+ years experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Coach
- Experience coaching/consulting C-suite and executives
- Expert in-person and remote facilitation skills and exceptional self-awareness
- Experience implementing Agile in different cultures and environments
- Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching, teaching and mentoring skills
- Embody the Scrum Values: Openness, Respect, Courage, Commitment and Focus
- Must have a bias for action and be comfortable in an ever changing or ambiguous environment
- Advanced or Coaching credential from the Scrum Alliance, Scrum Inc, Scrum.org, or ICAgile
- Demonstrated ability leading multiple large-scale Agile/Digital transformations and/or OCM initiatives
- Unbiased facilitator and able to engage all people at all levels
- Tech savvy, experience with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Office 365 preferred.
- Encourage an experimental and fail-fast and learning mindset preferred.
- Work with teams from a variety of technical domains, including but not limited to warehouse management systems, ERPs, financial systems, and data-warehouses preferred.
- Remote work with the ability to travel to office locations as needed preferred.
