We work with entrepreneurs (Solopreneurs/Small and Medium Enterprises/Large Corporations) who are hungry for growth, scale and profit. And your role will be to work with them and equip them with strategic & functional inputs which will take their business to the next level.

Location - Bangalore or ready to move to Bangalore
Academic qualification - Any graduate/post graduate
Experience desired - Has an MBA degree, has either been a business owner or has business consulting background with a minimum of 1 Year. It would be a plus if they come with Minimum of 1 years of experience in training & coaching senior level leadership executives on topics such as Time management & Prioritization, Effective Leadership, Problem Solving & Decision Making. Entrepreneurial or business experience would be a definite plus.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Follow the prescribed coaching template and handhold entrepreneurs through the journey of helping them take their business to the next level.
- Have accountability conversations with the client based on the action plan created along with the relevant Master coach
- Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and being accountable for them.
- Review task documents of the clients and provide them with developmental feedback in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all internal reporting norms like operational tracker, daily reporting, etc
- Be a part of relevant internal training programs and coach review meetings for professional and personal development.
- Facilitating group coaching interactions with business owners to help them accomplish key milestones.
- Data management and reporting - Tracking the client’s progress and implementation.
- Coordination between internal and external stakeholders
- Responding to client queries shared on our internal portal/whatsapp in a timely manner.
- Attend all required front and backend programs, and act on all such activities like going through webinars, shadowing other coaches, being shadowed during the initial stages in order to familiarise oneself with the content completely.
- Facilitate Event Breakout rooms within 7 months of being onboarded

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
