We work with entrepreneurs (Solopreneurs /Small and Medium Enterprises/Large Corporations) who are hungry for growth, scale and profit.

And your role will be to work with them and equip them with strategic & functional inputs which will take their business to the next level.

  • Location – Bangalore
  • Academic qualification - Any graduate/post graduate
  • Experience desired - Has an MBA degree, has either been a business owner or has business consulting background with a minimum of 1 Year. It would be a plus if they come with Minimum of 1 years of experience in training & coaching senior level leadership executives on topics such as Time management & Prioritization, Effective Leadership, Problem Solving & Decision Making. Entrepreneurial or business experience would be a definite plus.

  • Should have the ability to give and receive feedback as a lot of
  • feedback will need to be shared with business owners and the coach would also receive feedback in multiple ways

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Follow the prescribed coaching template and handhold entrepreneurs through the journey of helping them take their business to the next level.
  • Have accountability conversations with the client based on the action plan created along with the relevant Master coach
  • Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and being accountable for them.
  • Review task documents of the clients and provide them with developmental feedback in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to all internal reporting norms like operational tracker, daily reporting, etc
  • Be a part of relevant internal training programs and coach review meetings for professional and personal development.
  • Facilitating group coaching interactions with business owners to help them accomplish key milestones.
  • Data management and reporting – Tracking the client's progress and implementation.
  • Coordination between internal and external stakeholders
  • Responding to client queries shared on our internal portal/whats app in a timely manner.
  • Attend all required front and backend programs, and act on all such
  • activities like going through webinars, shadowing other coaches, being shadowed during the initial stages in order to familiarise oneself with the content completely.
  • Facilitate Event Breakout rooms within 7 months of being onboarded
