Job Title: Finance Executive

**Job Description**:
As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of an organization. Your primary focus will be on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to ensure the company's financial health and support its strategic goals. You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to provide accurate financial information and make informed business decisions. Your role may also involve managing financial risks, developing financial policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and implement financial planning strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making by the management team.
- Monitor key financial metrics and variances, and prepare regular reports for management review.

2. Budgeting and Cost Control:

- Prepare the annual budget in collaboration with department heads and senior management.
- Monitor budget performance, analyze deviations, and provide recommendations for cost control measures.
- Conduct regular reviews of expenses and identify areas for potential cost savings.

3. Financial Reporting and Compliance:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and assist in the preparation of audit schedules and responses to audit queries.

4. Cash Management and Treasury:

- Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs and investment opportunities.
- Monitor banking activities, maintain relationships with financial institutions, and negotiate terms for loans and credit facilities.
- Optimize working capital management, including accounts payable and receivable.

5. Risk Management:

- Identify and assess financial risks, such as market risks, credit risks, and operational risks.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and internal controls.
- Monitor compliance with risk management policies and procedures.

6. Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead and motivate the finance team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in finance and accounting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Finance Controller, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Familiarity with accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
