About Lorien Finance - Lorien Finance LoFi empowers millions of students from emerging economies to access a global network of lenders on a single platform making it affordable and efficient to finance their study-abroad dreams As a cross-border fintech platform Lorien simplifies the process of securing education loans for students aspiring to study abroad - At LoFi we don t just fund education we empower dreams build futures and bridge the gap between aspiration and achievement Our long-term vision is to build a global fintech ecosystem that not only funds educational dreams but also accompanies students on their journey from aspiration to achievement - Join us in making a meaningful impact on students lives while shaping the future of global education Job Summary We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create visually stunning and engaging content for Lorien s digital platforms The ideal candidate has a passion for digital design expertise in UX UI motion graphics and social media and thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment - As a critical member of the creative team you ll work closely with the Art Director to bring Lorien s vision to life across multiple digital touchpoints Key Responsibilities -1 Create digital assets for social media websites email campaigns ads and presentations 2 Design visually appealing UX UI elements for Lorien s website and digital interfaces 3 Develop motion graphics and animations for videos social media content and ad campaigns 4 Ensure all designs align with Lorien s brand identity maintaining consistency across touchpoints 5 Work with the Art Director to evolve and refine the brand s visual style 6 Partner with content writers video producers and marketing managers to execute campaign ideas 7 Support the Art Director in ideation and brainstorming sessions 8 Stay updated on design trends tools and best practices to create fresh impactful visuals 9 Experiment with new techniques including Generative AI tools to enhance design processes 10 Masterfully use Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator After Effects Premiere Pro and Figma for design projects Qualifications - 1 Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field 2 4 years of experience in digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing UX UI motion graphics and social media content 3 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator After Effects Premiere Pro and Figma 4 Strong understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout 5 Experience in creating motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns 6 Familiarity with website design best practices and user experience UX UI 7 A proactive and collaborative mindset with excellent attention to detail 8 Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines 9 Excellent communication and collaboration skills What s in It for You -1 Competitive salary and benefits package 2 Fastest growth with the growth of the company 3 Opportunity to drive meaningful impact in education financing 4 Collaborative purpose-driven and growth-focused work environment We value creativity initiative and a passion for making a difference At Lorien Finance you ll be part of a dynamic team that s committed to supporting each other and celebrating successes 5 Professional development opportunities to advance your career ref updazz com
