- **Relationship management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing channel partners.
- **Sales strategy and execution**: Develop and implement strategic sales plans with partners to achieve revenue and booking targets.
- **Partner recruitment**: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand market reach.
- **Training and support**: Train partners on products, sales techniques, and new features, and provide them with sales tools and resources.
- **Performance monitoring**: Track and analyze partner sales performance, providing feedback and recommending improvements.
- **Forecasting and reporting**: Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management.
- **Conflict resolution**: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts with channel partners in a timely manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹28,965.88 - ₹34,714.76 per month
