**Job Title**: Medical Representative - Nutraceuticals, Health Supplements & Cosmetics

**Location**: Mumbai (with occasional travel across India)

**Employment Type**: Full-time | Field Sales

**Key Responsibilities**

**Engage with Healthcare Professionals**
- Meet doctors, dieticians, dermatologists, gynecologists, and nutritionists regularly to present and promote the company’s products.
- Explain product formulations, clinical benefits, and usage guidelines.
- Build long-term relationships to drive product recommendations and prescriptions.
- Organize small meetings, CMEs, and awareness sessions to educate practitioners.

**Market Development**
- Map and expand coverage of doctors, clinics, nutrition centers, wellness centers, gyms, and cosmetic practices.
- Plan daily/weekly coverage schedules to maximize reach.
- Monitor competitor activity, product launches, and doctor feedback to strengthen market presence.
- Explore opportunities in retail, health stores, and pharmacies.

**Sales Growth**
- Generate prescriptions and ensure product availability at pharmacies and health supplement outlets.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective coverage and conversions.
- Work closely with distributors and stockists to ensure smooth supply.

**Product Knowledge & Training**
- Stay updated on product formulations, clinical studies, dosage guidelines, and industry trends.
- Provide product training to healthcare professionals and internal teams.
- Collect and share feedback for continuous improvement.

**Brand & Marketing Support**
- Execute ground-level marketing campaigns in clinics, pharmacies, and wellness centers.
- Distribute samples and promotional materials, and collect testimonials.
- Represent the brand at exhibitions, health camps, and awareness events.

**Reporting & Coordination**
- Maintain accurate records of visits, prescriptions generated, and competitor activity.
- Submit regular performance reports to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams for product availability.

**Requirements**:

- A graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nutrition, or biotechnology is preferred.
- 4-8 years of experience in medical representation within nutraceuticals, pharma, health supplements, or cosmetics.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
