Medical Sales Representative

We aim to create a gold-standard IVF experience with in-house doctors, best success rates, and advanced protocols. Our services include egg freezing and IVF, with a vision to deliver IVF 2.0 in India through best-in-class customer experience.
**Job Role**: As a Medical Representative you will play a pivotal role in promoting the clinic's IVF and fertility services to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with referring gynecologists, fertility specialists, and driving patient referrals. This role requires excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of fertility treatments, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate in Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in IVF, fertility, or women's healthcare.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Meet up with gynecologists, fertility specialists, and other referring doctors to educate them about the clinic's IVF services and treatment protocols.
- Organize and conduct regular visits to potential and existing referral sources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics in the region.
- Address inquiries and provide necessary support to referring doctors and patients.
- Identify new potential referral sources in the assigned territory.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and fertility industry trends.
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure a seamless process for referred patients.
- Act as a liaison between referring doctors and the clinic for feedback and follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly referral and patient conversion targets.
- Monitor and report performance metrics regularly.
- Support marketing campaigns, awareness workshops, and doctor conferences organized by the clinic.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
