Provide full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the CEO to ensure the smooth management of his day to day affairs, and most effective use of his time. Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner. Take initiative as appropriate especially in the CEO’s absence.

Main responsibilities:

- Assist/support CEO.
- Manage CEO’s electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.
- Manage CEO’s travel arrangements.
- Maintain CEO’s office systems, including data management and filing.
- Share collective responsibility for delivering organisational objectives, through active engagement and collaboration with employees at all levels in the organisation.
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the CEO.
- Organise meetings and ensure that CEO is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
- Perform tasks that will free up the CEO’s time
- Adhere to all organisational policies, procedures, standards and practises.
- Other duties, consistent with skills and experience, as directed by the CEO.

Requirements and skills:

- Work experience of 3-4 years as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
- A presentable person.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge.
- Should know how to work on PowerPoint Presentation.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Presentable person with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
