**Document Preparation and Processing**:

- Draft, format, and proofread documents, including contracts, invoices, agreements, and policies.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage templates for commonly used documents and customize them as required.
- **File Organization and Maintenance**:

- Maintain a systematic filing system for both physical and digital records.
- Organize and catalog documents to ensure easy retrieval and reference.
- Regularly audit document storage to remove duplicates or obsolete records.
- **Compliance and Legal Adherence**:

- Ensure all documents meet legal and regulatory compliance standards.
- Coordinate with compliance teams or legal advisors for specific documentation needs.
- Prepare and submit documentation required for audits or regulatory inspections.
- **Coordination Across Departments**:

- Collaborate with various teams (e.g., finance, HR, operations) to gather and process required documents.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients for document-related queries.
- Assist in preparing documentation for client onboarding and vendor agreements.
- **Data Accuracy and Quality Control**:

- Conduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all documents.
- Identify and rectify errors or discrepancies in documentation.
- Implement measures to prevent documentation errors in the future.
- **Record Retention and Disposal**:

- Manage the lifecycle of documents, from creation to archiving or destruction, as per company policy.
- Ensure sensitive or confidential documents are securely stored and disposed of appropriately.
- **Automation and Process Improvement**:

- Propose and implement improvements to the documentation process to enhance efficiency.
- Use document management software or tools to streamline operations.
- Train team members on updated documentation systems and protocols.
- **Audit and Reporting**:

- Prepare and present periodic reports on documentation status, gaps, or issues.
- Assist in internal or external audits by providing required documentation promptly.
- Maintain logs of document revisions, approvals, and access for transparency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
