Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Client Acquisition Executive who can handle the complete sales cycle—from identifying potential leads to closing deals. The role demands excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to expand our client base and drive consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source potential clients through various channels (cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.)
- Reach out, pitch services, and present customized solutions as per client needs
- Conduct meetings (virtual/in-person) to understand client requirements
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service offerings
- Negotiate terms and close deals independently or in coordination with leadership
- Maintain strong follow-up and communication with prospects
- Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales updates to management
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, HR, delivery) to ensure smooth onboarding of clients

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development
- Proven track record of lead generation and deal closures
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

- Experience in service-based industries like HR, staffing, IT services, or B2B sales
- Fluent in English and one regional language
