**Role Description**
You’ll be the face of Thryvo to top colleges, universities, and companies that hire freshers — forging partnerships, opening doors, and driving long-term impact.
- Own the end-to-end acquisition cycle for recruiters (your choice or hybrid)
- Build and nurture relationships with placement heads, CHROs, TA leads, and decision-makers
- Demo the platform and communicate its real-world student impact
- Design pilot partnerships and help institutions realize their value
- Be part of a high-agility, zero-red-tape team building the next big edtech-recruitment story
**Qualifications**
- 1-5 years in B2B sales, recruitment partnerships, edtech, or SaaS sales
- A go-getter attitude & Tech Savvy
- Excellent communication + demo skills (Offline / Online )
- A mind that’s both strategic and scrappy
- The courage to pitch bold ideas, and the humility to execute fast Analytical Skills, Market Research skills, Acquisitions, Demo Skills, Excellent Communication skills, and Relationship-building skills
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
