**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and approach potential clients to sell exhibition space and sponsorships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Attend industry networking events, trade fairs, and meetings to expand business reach.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM software regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales (Preferably in exhibitions, trade fairs, or events industry).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
