
IT Sales Executive

We are now looking for a **seasoned IT Sales Executive** to drive our business development efforts, create meaningful partnerships, and grow our client base in India and abroad.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **B2B Outreach & Lead Generation**: Identify and engage mid-sized to large businesses in need of custom software solutions (₹3L - ₹15L/project).
- **Consultative Selling**: Understand client needs, pain points, and goals to recommend tailored technical solutions with the support of our dev team.
- **Partnership Development**: Forge alliances with product companies, design studios, and IT consultants to generate joint opportunities.
- **Proposal Coordination**: Collaborate with tech leads to prepare proposals, scope docs, and pricing estimates.
- **Platform Strategy**: Drive presence on key platforms (Clutch, GoodFirms, Upwork Pro, etc.) that attract serious B2B buyers.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain relationships post-sale to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities and client satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Strong understanding of the **software development lifecycle**, common tech stacks, and project estimation.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication** skills; ability to pitch technical ideas in simple terms.
- Familiarity with **B2B sales channels**, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working in a **startup environment** with mínimal hand-holding.
- Bonus: Prior experience in generating leads for **₹3L-₹15L custom projects** or maintaining enterprise clients.
